There are instances where KK is contacted by someone no longer living with a request to give a message to a living person that is usually someone she knows. Other times she works with people who are looking for answers about a loved one who has departed or they would like to resolve deep feelings that have not abated.

KK receives information requested by the client from their loved one and also senses other aspects and feelings regarding the situation to convey to the client as well. Frequently people wonder if their loved one is okay and happy in their current phase of their journey or would like to understand why something in particular was said or done.

I was moved to tears when I heard all of the sweet things that my mother told me via KK. I learned how much the things that I did for her during her last year meant to her. It was a gift that I carry in my heart always.
